Senior Associate

Ronke is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice group of the firm with a strong focus on corporate and technology law. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Nigeria’s premier private University; Igbinedion University Okada and also holds an LLM from the University of Birmingham, UK.

With almost a decade of legal expertise, she is known for her in-depth understanding of the intersection between law and the fast-evolving tech industry. She is highly skilled at drafting and reviewing legal contracts, legal advisory for multi-sectoral companies, drafting legal opinions, spearheading negotiations and in the performance of company secretarial duties. She also has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, and compliance.

She is a member of several associations such as the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), the Section of Business Law (SBL) and the Birmingham Law Society.

She is a dedicated advocate for her clients, ranging from startups to multinational corporations, helping them navigate the complexities of the Nigerian legal landscape. She is recognized for her strategic thinking, attention to detail, and her ability to find practical legal solutions for clients in the dynamic world of corporate and tech law in Nigeria.
